Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Numby, operated by Szara Sowa Development - Władysław Kłaczkow, Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warszawa, Poland, European Union. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Numby converts a PDF invoice or bank statement into Excel, CSV, OFX, or a validated e-invoice. You check the rows before you download. The file is deleted when the conversion finishes. We do not keep a library of your documents and we cannot recover a file after that.

A PDF without a readable text layer may not convert. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it in your accounts.

Accounts

The first short conversion does not need an account. A Starter account needs a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Plans, ads, and billing

The free tools are free. Ads pay for running the service. You can reject ads in the bar on the page, and that choice is stored in this browser. A statement or invoice is not sent to the ad network.

Starter includes a monthly document and page allowance. Unused allowance expires at the end of the month. If paid plans are on sale, Stripe processes the charge. We do not store full card numbers. Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of tax.

Acceptable use

• Upload only files you have the right to convert
• Do not upload malware or try to break, probe, or overload the Service
• Do not use the Service to break the law

Third-party services

Hosting, authentication, email, payments, and advertising are provided by other companies under their own terms. Links to banks and invoicing tools are citations. Numby is not those companies and is not endorsed by them.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided as available. We do not warrant that every PDF will convert, or that the rows will match your books, even when a balance check passes. We do not claim a security certification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free tools. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete an account. We may stop providing the Service, or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are submitted to the common courts in Warsaw, Poland, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
